Provided comprehensive waste management and demolition support focused on hazardous and recyclable waste reduction, cost-effective hybrid abatement and demolition solutions, and full waste compliance tracking. Delivered consistent daily, weekly, and monthly reporting alongside proactive community communication, while maintaining strong partnerships with First Nations, waste management providers, and heavy demolition contractors.
Developed a Strategic Plan with the client, consultant and subcontractors to design temporary structures and containments for ongoing plant accessibility, while adhering to legislative and safety regulatory requirements.

The project was completed while the Water Treatment Plant remained fully operational, with work continuing through winter under extensive hoarding and heating. Working alongside the General Construction Contractor, our team coordinated daily with other trades to ensure safe, efficient progress. Despite the challenges of an active facility and harsh seasonal conditions, Train 1 was completed on schedule in 2020, followed by Train 2 in 2021. We also exceeded the Town’s Environmental Plan requirements, maintaining exceptional standards for damage prevention, dust control, and debris management.
